Returns & Shipping

Returns are accepted within 60 days, of un-used, re-sellable condition items. Items in any other condition will not be accepted. Shipping is non-refundable. Refunds are issued in store credit, valid for one year.

Standard delivery charge of $7.95 for Arizona, $8.95 for Nevada. All other destinations are billed the standard UPS Ground charges. This applies for back orders.

 

All orders shipped to a residential address are responsible for the standard UPS Ground charges.

As we would like to accommodate everyone who cares to stop by & pick up, we are not a traditional store.  Our items are set up more as a gallery setting, one of each item available to view & test. A good time is before or after an educational event or a private viewing by appointment.

Orders can be phoned, faxed, emailed, or texted 24-7.

 

  • Phone – Our office staff is available from 9am-1pm M-F. Orders placed after hours, and left on our voicemail, will be processed the following business day.

Education

Tickets & reservations must be purchased in advance. Tickets are non-refundable & cancellations are evaluated on a case by case basis.

 

For Hands-On Education:  A 25% cancellation fee will apply if the event is within 30 days & 50% cancellation fee if within 7 days.
